This six-day group camp, capped off with a two-day licensed Working Equitation competition, is intended for riders of all experience levels.
More experienced WE people will be on hand to provide guidance to those with less experience, and the goal of the week will be to have fun, learn a lot, and spend good-quality time with our horses and friends (both already-existin
Sunday, July 8:
Arrive at the Oregon Horse Center sometime between 11 and 4 pm and settle in. 7 pm: Group ‘get acquainted’ dinner at a local restaurant.
Monday, July 9 – Friday, July 13
10 – 1 pm — morning session: a focus on dressage principles
3-6:00 pm – afternoon session: a focus on obstacles
Saturday, July 14
Day 1 of Licensed Competition: Dressage Trial
Sunday, July 15 Day 2 of Licensed Competition: EOH and Speed Trials
Cost: $500 for the Camp (July 8 – July 13). This includes stabling and first bag of shavings, as well as the full six days of camp. The Competition will have a separate charge.
