The IALHA will be using an electronic balloting company to conduct our elections this year. Everyone who was a Full Member by the cut-off date of August 7th, 2014, should receive an invitation to participate, along with instructions for how to complete the electronic ballot. Those who have an e-mail address on file with the IALHA will receive their instructions by e-mail. Full members without an email address will be sent their instructions by US postal service. Voting ballots and candidate statements will be available online on the ballot company’s website in September, as no paper ballots will be sent out.  Online voting is more cost effective than mailing paper ballots, and its ease of use will hopefully increase participation in the elections process.

The results will be announced at the Member Meeting scheduled for 2 pm on Monday, October 13th, 2014 at the Will Rogers Equestrian Center in Fort Worth, Texas. If anyone has any questions, please email elections@ialha.com.
